First came across Cooper's work in the April 2010 edition of BJP. A good selection of his works are on show at the linked site which I've included here for reference as part of Project 36 - Style.
Need a visit to see some of these in person as I'm really taken with the sense of movement they convey.
The approach to seascapes is in marked contrast to Sugimoto.
