I have given up on ever being able to tackle exercises 13 and 14. With somewhat monumental understatement the notes say “Even though completely clear skies are something of a rarity in Britain…” – that’ll be in the same way as “Sasquatch are something of a rarity…” then. I’ll keep them on the back boiler, for completion another day, and move on.
